Step 1: Choose the appointment type (they are defined, so if unsure please read the drop down)

 

Step 2: Choose a date and time

(if you need an urgent appointment and want to be booked on the waiting list for cancelations please do mention in the comment box in the next step)

Step 3: Fill in the patient details and accept the booking  and privacy policy terms. 

(if your are a parent booking for your child, please use the childs name and birthdate and your contact details)

Step 4: Done! You will automatically receive a conformation email. (in case you don't, please first check spam and if also not in there, get in touch)
